The Oilcode Dispute Resolution Adviser assists to resolve disputes between distributors, wholesalers
or retailers about the supply of motor fuel in Australia.

The Oilcode Dispute Resolution Adviser has been appointed by The Commonwealth Minister for Industry, Tourism and Resources, The Hon Ian Macfarlane MP. The Oilcode is a mandatory Statutory Regulation under the Federal Trade Practices Act.

Disputes can be resolved with the assistance of the Dispute Resolution Adviser in a cost effective and timely manner without the need for court proceedings. The Dispute Resolution Adviser has established a national panel of experienced mediators who are also available to assist.
